Got a Chipotle salad Friday 2/3 was sick with severe diarrhea by Saturday morning 6am. Currently on day 5 of diarrhea and not able to eat anything without getting sick. My husband ate Chipotle and was fine. The difference in our meals were, I had: peppers, beans, corn, dressing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate at Chipotle for dinner on Wednesday and by 2 am I had woken out of my sleep with severe abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea. As the day progressed I had added symptoms of nausea and feeling as though I could vomit. It is now 830am on Friday and none of the symptoms have stopped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate at Chili's on 4/25 (Monday). Had the Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl around 7:30 pm. Woke up around 3:00 the next morning -- extreme nausea, followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Was sick for 3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
