For Mother's Day May 13, 2018 went for dinner had a delicious ribeye steak brocolli and loaded mashed potatoes. By the time I got home had cramps and diarreah and a little more today. This was Mothers Day 5/13/2018  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Got a #3 tenders red beans and rice as the side well the red beans and rice were really light in color and soupy i endend up feeling nosious then i puked the red beans and rice up  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered a salted caramel mocha no whip coconut milk child stem and one less pump of mocha than usual. I drink about three sips and on my four minute drive home I had to pull over and had a bunch of stomach acid I threw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
