我从当地商店购买了鸡肉包装三明治，这些三明治在 7 月 10 日和 11 日周三和周四的午餐时段吃过。到周五晚上，我患了可怕的腹泻，到周六深夜，我在医院里。通过 IV，我在那里服用液体和抗生素 8 天。我还有两个导管，一个在前面，一个在后面。
前 5 天我没有水和果冻。我在第 6 天获得了 “全液”（小麦奶油、布丁等）。我认为，正是在第 6 天，前尿管被移除，我认为，在第 7 天，直肠管被拉掉了。
同样在第 7 和第 8 天我得到了定期的饮食。我在第 8 晚上被带走了 IV 回家了继续按照医生的命令，我正在休息，以恢复自己的力量，直到 7 月 28 日第 16 天。这使得整整两个星期停止工作，没有收入。

I ate a burger on July 20 around 5:30/6:00pm. Shortly after eating, I started to experience extreme nausea and diarrhea. After heading to bed, I started vomiting for several hours and felt like I had a low grade fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate about 5 days ago started throwing my guts up like a hour after eating I had a chicken Sandwich I’m still sick from it

been to the doctor twice can’t hold down water, I was the only one who got sick I ate it around 4 pm then got sick an hour later and still throwing up 5 days later  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
