大约 11:30 在午餐时间在 Arby 吃午餐后，我开始感到恶心。在效果开始出现之前，我甚至没有在他们的餐厅做过。到 2 点，由于胃痛和不断要使用洗手间的冲动，我被迫离开工作。现在凌晨 2 点 30 分，呕吐加剧了额外的痛苦。

About 4 hrs after eating the XXL grilled stuffed burrito all hell broke lose. I started having stomach cramps and then the diarrhea started. The watery type is what we're dealing with now. I'm so done with Taco Bell  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Threw up 3 times after eating 3 tacos ordered from Chipotle. Tacos were made of corn tortillas, white rice, carnitas, hot salsa, corn, and cheese. Ate nothing before or after that could have caused it.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Everything was nice and I went out with my boyfriend. Lobster ravioli sounded really good and so I tried it. I couldn't finish it all so I took it home. I ate the rest the next day, ignoring that I was getting a bubbly tummy. This is now day two and I'm considering going to the doctor.  | 症状: 腹泻
