我在下午 130:00 左右从车上订购了 2 根香肠和奶酪 mcmuffins。我是三明治，注意到它不热但是很温暖。那之后我没饿。好像我在麦当劳吃完饭后几个小时没有食药一样。到下午 6 点，我开始胃痛和气体疼痛。我感到恶心而且头疼。到晚上 8 点，我变得可怕的抽筋痛苦了，diaherria 开始了。现在已经是晚上 11 点了，我仍然感到非常恶心。我希望其他人不会发生这种情况，因为我现在感觉很恶心。

中部标准时间下午 1 点左右购买了一个只有生菜和普通油炸的小汉堡。几个小时后，我登上飞机去度假。那天晚些时候有偏头痛。第二天对任何东西都没有胃口，开始感到寒冷，但是发烧了，感到恶心和腹泻。还在度假，希望我回家之前能好起来

I got burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, mild salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Pretty sure it was the sour cream that did it. Food poising was absolutely terrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
