On 12/29/2017 at 2:30pm at the Subway located in Greenwood Park Mall I got a turkey sub on italian bread with mayo, american cheese, and lettuce. I believe the cause of my food poisoning was caused by the turkey or deli meat.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We stopped in there on December 24th in the evening and ordered three of the mini chicken quesadillas and three of the Dorito Taco Supremes. 2017 年 12 月 15 日星期五 6 点 45 分至 7 点 15 分左右，我在这家餐厅停了下来，买了一个 Vito 意大利潜艇，里面有辣椒、墨西哥胡椒片和一个大的 Pepper 博士。我吃了一半以上的潜水艇，剩下的交给了同事。我们都有食物中毒症状，这些症状同时开始并同时结束。首先是恶心，然后是呕吐、寒冷、腹泻和酸痛。这些症状持续了整夜以及第二天的大部分时间。我们俩都必须在那个星期六重返工作岗位，在那里我们俩站了很短的时间（15 分钟）之后都变得非常轻松。症状在整个星期六持续存在，周日好转了，但是我们的胃仍然感觉不舒服，腹泻仍在发生。这是我第一次得食物中毒。

Ate four pieces of cheese pizza and felt nauseated 30 minutes after, diarrhea 45 minutes after threw up the rest 4 hours later 5 times in a row, now feel much better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

傍晚吃了很多塔可口味的 Sabra Humus。进食后 2 小时内就开始痛苦地把它全部扔掉，腹泻和抽筋也非常痛苦。发烧、恶心、虚弱以及每个吃过它的家庭成员都经历了一些胃肠道干扰，严重程度取决于数量。巫婆症状的总人数：5
