我吃了一个鸡碗，里面放着糙米，黑豆，生菜，温和的莎莎酱，玉米和醋汁。服务器几个小时后，我的肚子感到臃肿，我开始抽筋腹部和背部。一夜之间发冷，温度为 102 和腹泻。我目前第二天早上还生病，计划在一小时内去看医生。这是英国校园里的辣椒。

点了两个鸡肉三明治和薯条。注意到包子上有东西（如果他们提供的话看起来像凉拌卷心菜？我不喜欢它，所以我不注意）但是把它摘下来吃了。薯条也有点冷。在三个小时内我恶心但我能够入睡。自昨晚凌晨 2 点起就醒了，每当我吃饼干时都会反复出现胃痉挛和头痛，如果不是在毯子里，一直在燃烧，出汗和感冒。

I went there with my friends family for dinner. I mostly ate mac n cheese, popcorn shrimp, marinara pasta, and meatloaf. As soon as I left the restaurant and got back to my house I started feeling sick to my stomach. It's now been two days and I still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I went Tuesday night to Purto Vallarta and had a Puerto Vallart burrito. I thought that it tasted differently that normal but didn't think much about it. The next morning I had diarrhea, fever, nausea. That evening I had vomiting. The next day I continued with the nausea, diarrhea and fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the Philadelphia stake pizza at nine pm , it was delivered at 845 pm. I woke up at 3 am violently vomiting every where and started running slight fever after vomiting 7 times . It is now eleven am and is still feel nauseous.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
