2016 年 3 月 7 日星期一晚上，我在关门时间附近订购了一碗鸡肉面条汤-晚上 8 点至 8 点 30 分。他们正在清理这个地方，我能闻到清洁炉子时使用的化学物质等。我想在里面吃东西，但是花了太长时间，所以我去登记册告诉他们我想把它放进去。他们又花了 5-10 分钟，然后递给我一小碗鸡肉面条汤，里面只有一块鸡肉。我在餐厅外面的车里吃了它，然后在 5 或 10 分钟后走近我的房子后，我立即在草坪上反流了两次，然后进入家中一次。呕吐物非常有力。我看到了我吃过的所有内容（所有的面条和鸡肉）。我感觉不舒服所以我不得不躺下。大约半小时后，我发现自己在浴室里又在反流。我喝了一杯含有白醋和一喷柠檬的水（这似乎给了我一点安慰，所以我睡了。几个小时后，我在浴室里腹泻，但没有再呕吐了。我太虚弱了，我不得不一直躺在床上几天，同时喝一点苹果醋和柠檬汁。我花了大约 3-4 天才能完全恢复。我没有寻求医疗救助，因为我无法起床去看医生，这就是为什么我自己服药。我记得妈妈的一些苹果醋家庭疗法，这非常有帮助。

I had a burrito bowl and around 8pm I had went to sleep cramping and I woke back up and went straight to the bathroom and started doing number two then a few moments later I vomit the whole meal out. It is now 3:12 am I doing the same thing now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
