我在 2018 年 6 月 15 日晚上 7 点半左右订购了鸡肉阿尔弗雷多意大利面、菠菜和羊乳酪俗气面包。直到那天晚上 10 点或 11 点左右我的肠子松动之前感觉还不错。第二天早上我的肠子仍然松动，下午开始出现极度胃痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

晚上 9 点左右停在马里兰州 Reisterstown 的新 Chick-fil-A 中。第二天早上我感觉到了什么但不确定，只是推动自己。上班后，我头晕目眩，开始呕吐得如此糟糕，我以为我的内心已经出来了。这是我家人第三次在这个地方吃饭并生病了。我从急诊室住进了医院，花了 2 天时间直到恶心得到控制。永远不值得回到这个地方。

我在 6 月 7 日下午 4 点左右吃了 Chipotle，我吃了一个素食碗糙米，黑豆，绿色莎莎酱，reg salsa，玉米，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。吃了一两个小时后我头疼和恶心。第二天早上，今天是 6 月 8 日，我醒来了，还没停止呕吐，我发冷了。
