1 月 15 日星期一上午 11 点 15 分吃了自助午餐。印度自助餐。
左边的餐厅和下午 4:30 左右开始每 15 分钟呕吐一次，持续 3 个小时。也有腹泻。不得不去看呃因为无法保持液体和脱水。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水

昨晚我用每位经理的 50％ 折扣订购了一个小的素食披萨。他们给我发了一个奶酪披萨，我把它寄回去了，因为订错了订单。我打电话给经理退还披萨，以换取我订购的素食。爸爸约翰斯终于交付了素食披萨。吃了几片之后，我开始变得恶心和严重呕吐。我还在等待订单的退款，因为奶酪结里有一只老鼠掉进去了。我已经完成了这条链条。我记得去芝加哥爸爸约翰的餐厅现在就是这样了！

我在 2018 年 1 月 14 日下午 3 点左右在 Mod Pizza 吃过饭。另外，Mod Pizza 是我今天唯一吃的食物。我有一个 11 英寸的普通外壳，里面有意大利辣香肠、辣香肠和烤蘑菇。那天晚上 6 点左右我开始感到不适（恶心，胃部搅动）。此时我在晚上 10 点左右上床睡觉时我因寒战而发抖。我在午夜醒来后开始呕吐和腹泻。我整晚都在断断续续地腹泻。第二天 15 日星期一我精疲力尽，只能喝水。
