Ordered spinach alfredo pizza around 1140pm. Woke up this AM to vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps. My husband got sick from the pizza as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Steak burrito with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, mild salsa.
Nachos with queso - the texture was strange so I didn't eat much of the queso.
