Had a bowl for lunch break at work 12pm , stomachache shortly after eating a few bites. Hours later upset stomach and diarrhea . Sorry to be graphic but you could literally see the food :( feel like crap still and it's 1030pm  | 症状: 腹泻

昨晚我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有玉米、生菜、奶酪、黑豆、莎莎酱、酸奶油和苏菲塔饼。我今天早上醒来，我几乎无法忍受，因为我感觉不舒服，所以我回去睡觉了，现在我的肚子真的很痛，我有腹泻，我觉得我必须呕吐。我也真的很头晕。

中午左右购买的牛排墨西哥玉米饼用于外卖。下午 12 点 30 分左右吃了这个。我们都有筹码和 queso。孩子们吃了鸡而且很好。大约 30 分钟的午餐开始胃痛。进食后约2小时开始出现严重的胃痉挛。午餐后约3-31/2小时发生呕吐和腹泻。午餐后5小时疼痛仍在持续，但并不严重。
