它里面装有牛排... 味道太讨厌了我再试一次然后把第二块和第三块牛排吐出来最后我把所有的牛排都拿出来真是太讨厌了我开始吃鸡肉、米饭、硬币、西红柿、青椒、酸奶油和我睡着了大约 4 点的米饭几个小时醒来，最糟糕的胃痛呕吐腹泻感觉就像发烧一样温暖和寒冷，太糟糕了，我有烤牛的门票浪费了 60 美元，因为我病得不到参加，我是在星期五晚上带来的，直到星期六我一直生病而且我现在还在床上害怕把任何东西放在肚子上现在是星期天早上凌晨 1 点 30 分，自从那个 Chipotle 以来我什么都没有，害怕我会再次从胃痛开始这个世界

Date was 12/18, vomiting lasted about 10 hours and diarrhea about 24 hours. Symptoms were every 15-30 minutes for those first 10 hrs. Ate at 6:30 pm, symptoms began at 9:30 pm. Ate: lettuce, dressing, brown rice, fajitas, black beans, cheese, mild salsa, tomatillo salsa, corn and guacamole.
