An hour after eating their food, I had painful cramps and diarrhea for an hour. Only stopped after consuming large amounts of water and being in the bathroom for an hour. This never happens, so I know it was related to the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

昨天去吃午饭吃了一顿 #1 餐，旁边有一个 10 个金块。之后立刻感觉到胃痛。我回去工作是为了在一小时内出现两次腹泻，整天都有其他奇怪的胃部感觉。

我吃了一顿普通的晚餐，感觉还不错一个小时，直到早上 6 点左右醒来才感到非常痛苦的胃痛。好东西我休息了一天！我再也不会在任何麦当劳吃东西了。我过着非常健康的生活方式，每周要锻炼5-7个小时。
