An hour after eating their food, I had painful cramps and diarrhea for an hour. Only stopped after consuming large amounts of water and being in the bathroom for an hour. This never happens, so I know it was related to the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Went to lunch yesterday had a #1 meal with a 10pc nugget on the side. Immediately felt stomach pain after. I returned to work to have diarrhea twice in an hour and other weird stomach feelings throughout the day.
