我在这家餐厅吃了牛排 fajitas，然后喝了一个冠状病毒和一个经典的玛格丽塔酒。我和朋友分享了牛排 fajitas，她也呕吐了。

我们在晚上 7 点 30 分左右吃了 fajitas。我的朋友在晚上 10 点 30 分第一次呕吐。凌晨 2 点我有严重的胃痛，呕吐并且有严重的腹泻。我的胃痛持续存在。现在是凌晨 3 点，我还在疼痛和腹泻。
