She ate a nacho Bell Grande and woke up I'm the middle of the night throwing up with diarrhea, The symptoms happened 7 hours after ingesting the food. This is the third time she has gotten sick from eating food at this location. I'm just putting it all together after this incident.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and cheese at 11:40 am on Monday, February 11th. At approximately 8:30 pm that night became violently ill - stomach cramps, diarrhea, extreme vomiting. Symptoms gradually abated around 6pm on Tuesday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
