起床很晚然后去 Subway 吃早午餐（上午 11:30）。有蔬菜子配菠菜、西红柿、橄榄、香蕉辣椒和蜂蜜芥末酱。还喝了 Root 啤酒。马上吃了。这之后我再也没吃东西了。
下午 4 点我无法站起来！头晕，恶心，头痛，胃痉挛。温度在几分钟内飙升至 101.5 度。

在一天余下的时间里感到恶心不能吃任何东西。

睡得很少，整晚都没有胃痛。早晨的温度为 100 度。似乎越来越好了。
