Ate at restaurant at 3pm. No other food eaten before bed. Fell asleep 730pm and woke this morning with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. Ate chicken tacos, chips, salsa.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我订购了季度黑鸡瓦土豆泥，肉汁上面和工作人员，来找出时刻，当我吃完，我开始觉得我要吐了，这是我今天吃的唯一东西。我觉得鸡没有煮熟或者什么事情有点差因为这不仅发生过一次。最后一次我觉得同样的方式，所以我就像也许它不是食物，所以我给了它另一个镜头。有时候，我会从那里得到东西，吃后会没有症状，但这次周围的同样的疾病感觉，非常不愉快。他们需要 3 个月或至少接近一年，从 FDA 探视; 令人难以置信。最后，如果我的家人最终在医院，他们不会是那些支付我女儿和儿子医院费用的人的错误。请把它放在一起
