鸡肉三明治，我和 13 岁的女儿出去购物然后停下来买了三个 McCicky 三明治因为我不喜欢做饭而且它们应该让它们变得新鲜我们不得不等但是大约三到四个小时后她说她感觉不好感觉真的很糟糕胃痛然后去洗手间然后呕吐了现在她腹泻高烧和抽筋肌肉身体疼痛

My husband, two toddlers, and I got sick Nov. 20 2019 and were sick all afternoon/ night immediately after having it for lunch and all we had for breakfast was dry cereal. My kids had the chicken nuggets, I had the grilled chicken sandwich, and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
