Seated for dinner at 7PM - ate from salad bar and selection of carved meats. By 9:30PM I was in the bathroom with diarrhea and projectile through-the-nose vomit. It's going to be a long night...ate here before with no problems. Hoping no one else in my party is ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我得到了一半的金枪鱼和普罗卧干酪黄瓜番茄和生菜以及西兰花切达干酪汤。我只吃了两口汤。一个多小时我感觉太恶心了。我跑到洗手间然后呕吐，最后我吐了 28 次。其中大约 9 次我不得不同时坐在厕所里腹泻和呕吐。我在上午 11 点 15 分左右得到食物，我说在下午 1 点左右呕吐。而且我当时在工作，情况没有改善。我现在 5 点半回家了，肚子疼和腹泻。

I have been throwing up since 9 am when I woke up and it was all of the chipotle I had the night before. I have had chipotle before and this has never happened and then we looked at the chicken and it was not cooked all the way.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

鸡肉和西兰花带意大利面条。4/19/17 appt。晚上 8 点。离开后两小时内出现胃部不适。呕吐于今天 4 月 20 日开始于 appt。上午 11:00 伴随着头痛和发冷，伴有发烧和身体疼痛。在 2017 年 4 月 20 日晚上 8 点 40 分，腰痛和发冷仍然存在。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战, 身体疼痛
