在周日晚上，我点了一个 barbacoa 卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱和切碎的奶酪。我吃了一半，然后回到家时把另一半放在冰箱里，这样第二天我就可以吃了。周一白天我感觉很好，周一晚上吃了另一半的晚餐。星期二直到中午 1 点左右我感觉还不错。那时我开始感到有点虚弱和发烧。下班回家的路上大约下午 4 点，腹泻袭击了我，我开始感到非常疲倦和发抖。现在是晚上 11 点，我必须每 20-30 分钟起床一次腹泻。
