I ate here on my lunch break today and 20 minutes after I became very nauseous while at work and had to go home early due to vomiting. (Also I believe they are serving old food because my meal did not look or taste fresh.)  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 9 月 3 日吃了。有温和的水牛翼配牧场蘸酱，自制沙拉配牧场酱和不甜的冰茶。吃完大约一（1）到两（2）个感觉就像我的内心爆炸了。我感到非常痛苦，我第一次感觉自己正在心脏病发作。然后我有恶心，腹泻，血压降到 50/40。变得非常虚弱。赌场 EMT 被召唤并开始为我工作，因为他们无法提高我的血压，他们称之为切诺基县 EMS。当 EMS 到达时，他们无法使我稳定下来，觉得乘紧急救护车开车需要很长时间，他们要求 Med-Trans Air Medical 将我运送到田纳西州查塔努加。纪念医院。他们说那不是我的心脏，而是食物毒药。我不得不在医院呆五 (5) 天。

My daughter ate lunch at this location after school two days ago. On the same night she began experiencing stomach-flu symptoms. Nausea, vomiting and unable to keep any food down for more than 30 minutes. She missed school, saw the doctor and experiencing continued symptoms for the second day today.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Around lunchtime I had a grilled cheese and cheddar bites. Within 30 minutes my stomach began to hurt and I began to feel unwell. At around 3:30 it hit like a ton of bricks with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It has been going on for 5 hours… 更多

我女儿昨晚 9 月 30 日晚上 8 点左右吃了一个奶酪披萨，之后马上就生病了。她的症状是严重的胃痛、严重腹泻、恶心、呕吐、低烧，今天早上她昏倒了。这真是一场可怕的噩梦。我们整天都在急诊室，必须用救护车运送。一切都回到了她吃的披萨上。
