We ordered their Philly cheese steak pizza and parmesan bread bites for dinner on 10/7/2019. Overnight the three people who ate the meal were stricken with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. One person had a fever and they are suffering severe muscle pain today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 肌肉疼痛

Me and my husband both ate salad bar. Both got deathly sick., Two of us. We started feeling nausiated about 1 hr and 30 minutes after eating. We both got shits and vomiting. Felt like a bug crawling in our bellys..it was aweful..it actually happened twice.  | 症状: 呕吐

Rancid Spanish Cocktail Mix...3/13/2019, 1 person got sick...symptoms started about 6 hours after ingesting product. Ate a handful and realized it was rancid!!!! Whole foods is expensive and needs to have better quality control!!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
