Bought French onion soup and a half of chicken salad sandwich. After eating didn't feel to well. Ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea after that still didn't feel well. Stomach was still turning afterwards threw up twice.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had a chicken bowl around 8pm on Friday March 3. I woke up at around 1am that night and vomited profusely. I then woke up many more times throughout the night with vomiting and/or diarreah. It is now 9pm on Saturday and I still can't keep anything down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 11 月 28 日下午 3 点 30 分左右在那里吃了饭，不得不等待大约 10 分钟才能准备更多的食物才能订购。我有一个鸡肉卷饼碗，白米饭，Pinto Beans，番茄，辣酱，奶酪和生菜，加上一些薯条和一面辣酱，这是我正常的选择。另外，订购了柠檬水作为我的饮料。那天晚上我在凌晨 3 点 7 点之间开始感到恶心。我一直在呕吐，不得不跑去洗手间去腹泻。我把那天下午吃的一些 Chipotle 扔掉了，头痛最严重。它看起来像生菜和大块番茄，还有一点点红辣酱。
