I ordered a pizza from papa John's with grilled chicken, jalapenos, and olives in the morning and ate it and was studying for my exam and got an urge to vomit. So I threw up all the pizza I had and then I had to call off for work because I feel very sick.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate at the Kent state chipotle near down town Kent. I had a burrito bowl with just rice tomato salsa and corn salsa with some chips. I noticed the jalapeños in the corn salsa looked gross and withered so I picked some of them out. Anyways today I woke up vomiting. Had to miss class.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
