White rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, corn salsa, tomato salsa, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole on the side
Started getting nauseated about two hours, stomach aches and pains started about 3 hours after. Vomitting and diarrhea commenced 4 hours post meal. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a chicken bowl and have been sick for 3 days now. Diarrhea, vomiting, horrible abdominal pain, another co-worker is out today. She ate there yesterday. I cant eat anything and keep it down.
