昨晚 7 点左右，我买了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、西红柿、红酱、黑豆、酸奶油、奶酪。我今天早上醒来跑去洗手间死于腹泻。我设法使它起作用，但是我的胃一直都在抽筋，我什么也吃不了。然后我因寒冷而变得寒冷了。这是有史以来最糟糕的感觉。如果早上我没有好转，我会去急诊室。
