On Tuesday, after a string of poor inspections and repeat critical violations, inspectors closed Family Dollar at 5950 Westerville Road in Westerville. There were dirty and grimy shelves, floors and ceilings; holes in the wall and cluttered and dirty bathroom and storage areas.

Went there yesterday around 8:40pm ordered salad with chicken, salsa, black beans, sour cream, white rice. I went to bed and around 4am I woke up wit terrible cramps nausea vommiting and diarrhea I couldn’t sleep and had to call off from work  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
