Both the girfriend and I ordered the exact same item and both the following morning later in the evening got sick we ate at roughly 10pm I know this is late but I'm in my mid 20's. Think that did it for me on mcdonals.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate half off appetizers with friend and daughter, only thing I ate different and asked for was soy sauce and it had a funny taste. I got home from the restaurant and started vomiting with diarrhea about 3 hours after ingesting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了一个装有鸡肉和牛排的饭碗大约 4 个小时后，我的视力模糊了，我有肌肉抽筋，我感到发冷，头痛，我累了，我的胃感觉很奇怪。我开始呕吐，不得不上厕所。在断断续续地大量呕吐 2 个小时之后，我能够入睡，醒来后又感觉正常。

My wife and I had a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza with hand tossed crust. I ate much more than she did, and about 3 hours later I started feeling awful. I ended up vomiting until 8am the next morning. She felt nauseous the next day as well,  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我吃了一个 Carnitas 碗，然后在凌晨 12 点左右上床睡觉，大约 4 个小时后出汗醒来，肚子疼得太厉害，无法重新入睡。我现在觉得自己在开火... 有点背景故事，我一直在吃辛辣食物，这样不会影响我的胃。我也是乳糖不耐症，此后我已经根据他们网站上的过敏原清单仔细检查了我的订单，尽管严重的胃痛和腹泻与吃乳制品的影响相似，但我的食物中没有乳制品。我通常喜欢 Chipotle，它永远不会像这样影响我，我很伤心他们一定降低了食物质量，除了我的碗只有一半装满的事实之外，我们都知道 Chipotle 以将碗和墨西哥卷饼装满到最大程度而闻名。所以我的钱少了，这使我的胃崩溃了。Chipotle 刚才可能失去了一位宝贵的客户。
