I had a ham and Swiss with mayo from rim Horton's at 7pm and by 12:30 I was puking and had runs then went to the doctor at 3:30 am and was given an iv and morphine I was dehydrated from puking so much couldn't hold Down water and after a day and prescribe medication still have the runs  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the chicken fajita burrito. White rice sour cream cheese and lettuce. After eating the food not an hour and a half in and my stomach cramped so bad. I have ran to go to the bathroom now 7 times in the past 3 hours and feel like I could throw up as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered a seafood tower and two beers with a friend on Thursday 7/20 around 630pm. Didn't talk to the friend until Saturday 7/22. Both vomiting nausea etc. We hadn't talked or been together since that dinner, so likely we got it from there. Both  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
