下午 5 点，我在宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡布朗斯维尔路的麦当劳点了一顿巨无霸餐，包括薯条和可乐。我晚上 9 点去睡觉了。凌晨 12 点我因腹泻醒来。一个小时后我开始呕吐。第二天早上腹泻和呕吐停止了，但我仍然有严重的恶心。下午 1 点我发烧了 100.5 下午 4 点，我的发烧达到了 101.6。第二天早上，恶心、呕吐、腹泻消退了，但我整天都有偏头痛。第二天我恢复了正常

I ate chicken chipotle two days ago as my diner. At my first night around 5 am i woke up and threw up everything. Then i felt very fatigued and had high fever for the rest of the day. Next morning my fever is reduced but i have diharrea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My husband had ribs and I had the 4 cheese mac n cheese. The next day he woke up violently vomiting... this was the first time in over 10 years I have ever seen him throw up!I was fine so I'm guessing it was from the ribs which I didn't have any of  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
