I ate at around 12pm something yesterday on the 22nd of December 2017 for a buffet. When I got there the pizza was old & hard...... so the employees did bring some new pizza out.... so I got home tonight & I vomit everything up, now Im not feeling to well haven't feel like this in a while  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I had the shrimp and grits plate at this restaurant last week. My husband had the fried flounder and sweet potato fries and collards. Around 4:00 A.M., we were both throwing up and had diarheaa all day long. It's strange that we did not have the same dish but both of us got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Sick as hell from eating a spinach wrap from here, immediately felt bad after finishing. Within 12 hrs vomiting and diarrhoea. 48 hrs late still feeling the effects  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate 8 pieces of grilled chicken nuggets and a yogurt partfait with granola and as soon as i was finished eating i felt sick. Moments later, i was throwing up and having diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

2017 年 11 月 5 日下午 1 点 25 分左右我停下来了 @ taco bell 进去了。2017 年 11 月 5 日下午 1 点 25 分左右购买了 2 个软炸玉米饼订单 ＃299797 时间戳 1:27 在停车场消耗了一个。第二个大约 20 分钟后胃灼热服用抗酸剂后不久腹泻大约 1:30 放置 3 小时，早上 7 点左右还有抗酸剂仍然有腹泻
