不确定但是 11-27-19 在这里吃午饭，晚餐在餐厅吃晚饭。第二天早上开始生病了。，第二天早上第一件事。主要是我。我丈夫有轻度腹泻但没有发烧。星期四我发烧还没超过 100。现在接下来是星期天，是血液和腹泻。不呕吐。我吃了烧烤三明治和沙拉。

4 small mini shakes. 2vanillia -1chocolate -1strawberry. 3 people all got sick,the 4th did not drink their shake. Everyone nausea , vomiting , diarrhea. Missing working over this — lost 3 lbs - : days  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和未婚夫都在田纳西州哥伦比亚的 Applebee 餐厅吃饭后都生病了。我们点了烧烤翅膀。在我们注意到他们没有煮熟之前，我吃了一个和我的未婚夫和一半！他们在中间是生的。我们把它们寄回来了。第二批看起来还不错。第二天早上，我们都经历了胃痛、恶心和其他不适。

我昨天订购了水牛翅然后在晚餐时吃了它们，然后今天清晨我醒来时胃痛得很厉害，所以我起床然后立即呕吐。从那以后我一直在呕吐，腹泻和严重的胃痛  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀, 胃痛

I had an order of chicken fries and fries. I knew I shouldn’t have eaten the fries but I did anyway. They seemed cold and soggy, like they had been sitting out a while. Now I’ve thrown up more times than I can count since last night.  | 症状: 呕吐

5-dollar craving with chicken tenders, fries, cookie, bottled water. Ate meal around 1:30!pm, started feeling weird around 8 pm. Had cereal and yogurt for breakfast and dinner at home with family (no issues with that food). Spent the night in the bathroom. 48 hrs later I almost feel normal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
