Had a Barbacoa burrito around 12:30 on 10/17. Started feeling uncomfortable around 6 PM. Severe diarrhea started 4 AM on 10/18, occurred every 30 minutes. Vomited at 12:30 AM on 10/19, vomit contained lettuce and beans from the burrito. Was able to sleep but still have diarrhea on 10/20.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

今天中午 12 点左右，我吃了盒装草莓 Poppyseed & Chicken 沙拉和一个法式长棍面包，在完成后的一个小时内，我开始出现胃痉挛、发烧、腹泻、头晕目眩，差点昏倒。我被困在床上直到晚上 8 点。除了当天早些时候（早上 7 点左右）的一小碗面条之外，这是我今天唯一吃的东西。昨天我也吃了同样的沙拉和西兰花切达干酪汤，但是还不错。
