I ate a 4 for 4 a few months ago and threw up in middle of night and throughout that day so I stopped eating it last night decided I was going to eat it again so I got baconator fries I woke up feeling super nauseous I threw up and I felt way better  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Near the bottom of my burrito bowl I found a piece of plastic. At first I thought it was either a fingernail or skin. I reported it to the manager and got a refund on my meal. But this looked like plastic from some sort of packaging. So far, no sickness, but I was totally disgusted.  | 症状: 恶心

Ate half of my chicken pot pie and had 3 glasses of tea. Felt nauseous 30 minutes later and began vomiting a couple hours after. Also had minimal diarrhea throughout the night with some fever & cold sweats.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

Monday, July 8 at 8 PM, ate a Whataburger with cheese and chicken strips. Started getting abdominal cramps and diarrhea later that evening on Tuesday, July 9 at 2 AM. Symptoms still persisting on Wednesday, July 10 at 9:30 AM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 抽筋
