6月4日在这个地方吃过饭。我见过的最肮脏的地方。主餐厅里有蟑螂，每张桌子都很脏。只吃了几口鸡肉三明治和几个薯条。一边喝一边看见所有的蟑螂，然后把剩下的食物扔掉了。两天后开始感到不适，然后连续呕吐 12 个小时，然后是 24 小时的腹泻。胃痛和消化系统问题仍在继续。终于在6月21日星期五去看医生服用抗生素。还没结束。

Ate lunch at this around 11am on Jun 20, quarter pounder with cheese and fries. By 6pm I was puking my guts out violently along with all the other symptoms. Ended up in the ER for meds and an IV. Confirmed food poisoning. I didn't eat breakfast so it had to be lunch.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
