Ate lunch at this around 11am on Jun 20, quarter pounder with cheese and fries. By 6pm I was puking my guts out violently along with all the other symptoms. Ended up in the ER for meds and an IV. Confirmed food poisoning. I didn't eat breakfast so it had to be lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
