9 月 3 日星期二下午 5 点左右，我订购了一份沙拉配牛 s，春季混合物，切达干酪，香菜，pico de gallo，酸奶油，烤胡椒粉和洋葱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，牧场调味酱，鳄梨调味酱。第二天早上醒来时，我呕吐了很多次，腹泻和轻微发烧。我整天躺在床上。现在是 9 月 5 日早晨，我仍然有腹泻，感觉虚弱。

Saturday at 12:45, lunch. I ate their wedge salad with beef on the side. I also had a tequila sunrise drink with a slice of orange on it. I also had their chorizo mussels. The iceberg wedge salad and orange were the only things no one else had. We all shared the mussels-Only I got extremely sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Daughter had a Chicken burito, with pinto beans lettuce, cheese and sour cream. The air was out in the resturant on Saturday 8/10. That was around 7 or 8pm. By 12am she was experiencing vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
