Vegetarian burrito bowl with guac on 9-25-18. My 5 year old had the same but with chicken. All night I was nauseus and vomiting. I still feel sick if I try to eat and its been 5 days. She is still complaining of tummy pain.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

在德克萨斯州达拉斯度假时，我得到了草莓 daqauri。喝了一口给我喝的味道不像 daqauri 但我喝的不够。大约一个小时后，我的胃开始受伤。可以说是腹泻... 花了大约两个 5 分钟然后回来了。又过了 15 分钟，我头晕目眩，又热又出汗，不得不再次跑回洗手间... 不知道如果我喝了整个东西会发生什么。可能只喝了四分之一。在接下来的两个小时里感觉很糟糕而且过去了

Had breakfast of 2 eggs overheats, potatoes, toast, strawberry jam(individual new bottle),coffee with sugar and cream at 8 am yesterday, Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. Woke up with gushing watery diarrhea, followed by vomiting. Vomited just once. Today, watery diarrhea every hour or so and ache all over

我昨天在德克萨斯州达拉斯的 Galleria 购物中心参观了大包装。我在下班的午餐时间去了那里我命令吃鸡巴哈碗去，我回去工作，在办公桌前吃饭。吃完后不久我开始感到非常难过，随着晚上的过去，这种情况逐渐发展。我开始感到头晕，头晕目眩，头疼得很厉害。然后下午 5 点左右我开始感到恶心。晚上 7 点左右下班回家后，我感到非常恶心，开始全身感到全身不适。也有胃痉挛，感觉非常臃肿。我晚上 9 点左右上床睡觉，午夜醒来然后扔了！然后发烧了，继续感觉更糟，现在是 8 月 28 日凌晨 4 点 48 分。因为感觉太糟糕而无法入睡。做了一些研究，得出的结论是我患有金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒。我有所有的典型症状，还有一些我遗漏了！对这家餐厅没有遵守正确的 OSHA 准则感到非常失望！我不会回来的，可能会向疾病预防控制中心和卫生部门报告！祝下一位客户好运！
