I ate a chicken bowl black beans white rice medium and hot salsa cheese and guacamole. I started feeling it late Friday at night and has lasted till Monday (today) I am not 100% better and I've had to miss two days of work. I will never be eating chipotle again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

订购了 2 份主菜。我第一次只吃了一点。第二天早上，我得了腹泻。我没把两者联系起来。第二天晚上，我重新加热了冷藏的剩菜。除了大米以外，我什么都吃完了。从 10 月 2 日到 10 月 3 日，我整天每 30 分钟到每小时都会出现腹泻。现在是 10/4 了，我还在处理一些残留的胃痛和不适。我认为最糟糕的时刻已经过去了。
