Ordered boneless wings two hours later I was violently vomiting. I waited to the morning to go to doctor and was running a fever and was so dehydrated they had to put an IV. Never again.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had beef taco plate, with refried beans, rice and tortilla. Used pico de gallo from salsa bar. Also, diet Dr. Pepper from machine. Symptoms appeared within about 3 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate a Meatball sandwich with american cheese. A few minutes later I started to feel a little nausea. An hour and a half later I was vomiting uncontrollably and had massive diarrhea.
