Ate at Chipotle yesterday afternoon around 3p. Salad, carnita's, black beans, grilled veggies, nothing else. By 10pm, was nauseous, and had severe headache. Went to bed, woke up at 2am, sweating, and vomited 4 times. Woke up at 6am with severe diarrhea, and vomited 2 more times.… See more

Ordered boneless wings two hours later I was violently vomiting. I waited to the morning to go to doctor and was running a fever and was so dehydrated they had to put an IV. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had beef taco plate, with refried beans, rice and tortilla. Used pico de gallo from salsa bar. Also, diet Dr. Pepper from machine. Symptoms appeared within about 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
