我在高峰时段订购了 2 个 Shrimp Baja 炸玉米饼，也就是星期五下午 6:30 左右（23 年 8 月 11 日）。我收到了外带的订单，然后在停车场的车里吃了 1 个炸玉米饼。炸玉米饼味道很棒，但是，吃完仅几分钟后，我的胃就感觉不舒服了。尽管感觉有点不舒服，但我还是去度过了晚上。到了星期六早上，我看到了灼热的胃痛和出汗，原来是腹泻。在我看来，可能存在某种交叉污染，因为他们在高峰时段急于接到订单，或者虾的储存和/或烹饪存在问题。

Not sure Diarrhea and vomiting within an hour of eating. I was only one who ate salad bar. A couple of the grape tomatoes tasted really sour but I had the organic mix lettuce, red/yellow peppers, cucumbers, green olives, zucchini, carrots, cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing. I… 更多

I never eat fast food but zipped in as I was in a rush. 7hrs later I was violently vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time for 4 hrs until I had 10 minute window to get to the ER. Still have diarrhea of the worst kind imaginable.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
