我从 Chipotle 那里得到了食物中毒。我有一个来自 chipotle 的牛排沙拉碗（3/17/19）。它包括生菜，牛排，奶酪，鳄梨调味酱，微微和红色莎莎酱。我还有一袋装鳄梨调味酱的薯条。我在晚上 7 点左右收到订单，效果发生在晚上 11 点左右。我有腹泻和肚子疼。第二天我去上班，情况只会变得更糟，我头疼，如果你明白我的意思，我必须去洗手间。而且我也吐了。我无法移动，我的身体很疼。我不得不提早离开，整天我都在腹泻。今天（3/19/19）我不得不休息一天来照顾自己。请让工作人员清洁和消毒他们的产品和双手。做到这一点并不难。这就是为什么人们生病/食物中毒的原因。
