At there on August 13 2019, got sick within 1/2 hour of leaving and still have diarrhea and now a fever blister. My drink smelled bad, I had diet coke with some horchata  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Ate chicken and dumplings on June 6th. 5 hrs. Later was the sickest I have ever been in my life. Had to stay at hotel an extra night., It was the only thing I had eaten that day. 5 hours and illness came on like a freight train.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

My friend and I ate around 9:30 - 10:00 pm... we ordered caeser salads, he got the baby back ribs with broccoli and fries, I ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. We both have been up all night with stomach cramps and diarrhea.. we are still in pain  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

We ate here Dec 17 (2018.) I ordered the 3 oz salmon. Something tasted a little weird but I rarely eat fish so I didn't think too much about it. Within a couple hours my stomach just felt like crap. I finally woke up at 2 am puking up salmon.  | 症状: 呕吐
