Ate the pulled pork, cole slaw and sweet potato fries from R&R at Vivint at the Jazz game ~ 7:30 p.m. Suffered from vomiting and diarrhea all night
One other person felt nausea as well after eating ribs, potato salad and fries but no vomiting or diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Delivered a pizza that still had RAW DOUGH. Called the store to let them know it was raw and I wanted a cooked pizza, the person on the phone said “at least you got your pizza right?” Like it was a joke. Will never eat big daddy’s pizza ever again.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

At the #8club and hubby had #13 Italian sub both on the rosemary bread. Order it in 3-1-19 around 1030 am. It was the only thing we had eaten that day. We advised the location and they said they would report it to the manager.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

This last Spring my family and I were coming back from a trip to Zion Canyon. On the way home my kids got Nachos. A couple hours after we got home they were both vomiting it was awful! I know it was food poisoning because that was the only thing both of them ate.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

这是一天中唯一的一顿饭，大约在上午 11 点 50 分左右。吃完饭后，剩下的时间我感到头晕，恶心和臃肿。6 小时后见到朋友参加团体晚餐，什么都不能吃，我还是感觉不好。小组离开后我进入停车场后，我猛烈地呕吐，里面的东西显然是我上午 11 点 50 分的午餐。呕吐后我感觉好多了。我打电话给餐厅，他们说经理会给我回电话但从未回复。他们向我收取一顿饭费用，导致严重的食物中毒，不承担任何责任。这是那里的火石锅，里面有冷腌制的蔬菜和牛肉和长叶莴苣。
