Girlfriend ate a McDouble, Hot n Spicy, and large fry with a sprite. About an hour after bed she woke up with pain in stomach needing to use the bathroom. She passed out and split open her nose. Do not eat at this McDonald’s  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

After I got home from lunch I felt I’ll and that night was rough. Vomit and diarrhea. I was in bed the entire next day. Felt better day 3. Nobody else in my family ate chipotle that day and none of them got sick so I assume it had to be chipotle  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
