I ordered my daughter a four piece chicken nugget kids meal. That night she began to throw up and had a fever with diarhea. This is not the first time out family has gotten food poisoning from Wendy's we will not be eating there anymore  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had mooshoo eggrolls at 10:30 pm 4/26/17. I also had the calamari, but I was not alone eating that item, and no one else got sick so that eliminated that option. I started feeling nausea within an hour of eating. I was having nausea/vomiting all night with less frequent diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Picked up a breakfast burrito this morning, got about 3/4 of the way through it and projectile vomited it out. I've never had that happen, something was really off with that burrito. NEVER going back.  | 症状: 呕吐

我从这个地方生病了 3 次，每次我订购同样的东西薄荷巧克力巧克力片冰淇淋。第一次是 2017 年 3 月的第一周，然后又是 2017 年 3 月底，然后又是 2017 年 4 月 27 日的昨晚。我给它带来了怀疑的好处，但显而易见的是不对的。我姐姐点了冰糕零食，我第二次去的时候她也生病了。呕吐。抽筋。恶心。天然气。发烧了一周。

April 1st 2017 - ate around 5:30pm. Woke up next morning feeling nauseous, thought it would pass. Nope. Ended up with diarrhea and violent vomiting all day. Symptoms finally starting to subside on April 3rd.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
