2016 年 2 月 22 日下午 2 点 30 分我们在 Chipotle 吃过饭。订购了两个墨西哥卷饼碗：糙米、牛排、平托豆、fajita、番茄、玉米、酸奶油、Guac、生菜、奶酪。薯条和苏打水。我们只吃了不到一半，其余的在晚上 9 点晚些时候吃了。下午 5 点左右开始感觉到轻微的不适症状。晚上 9 点进食后出现了更严重的疼痛。到晚上 11 点，我们都经历了相同的疼痛症状。现在是 2016 年 2 月 23 日凌晨 4 点，我们俩都因痛苦而在床上醒来。我们感到恶心、胃痛、胸痛和腿部疼痛。
